The valve range consists of hygienic full-bore ball valves that combine reliable, full-flow performance and economical on/off control with minimal pressure drop.

Alfa Laval’s superior PTFE seal technology provides greater thermal stability, better chemical resistance and improved tensile strength.

Surface finishes

Ball valve UltraPure is available with Ra < 0.5µm surface finish to ensure cleanability and minimize contamination risks.

Weld ends and clamp ends

To meet hygienic welding requirements, Ball valve UltraPure features ASME BPE, ISO 2037 and Series A/DIN weld ends and ASME BPE clamp ends.

Standard encapsulated seat

The seat reduces the risk of potential product entrapment in applications where hygiene is critical.

Complete product range

The Ball valve UltraPure range comprises ASME BPE, DIN 11850 and ISO 2037 models in a full range of dimensions. The valves have a maximum operating temperature of 150°C and maximum operating pressure of 40 bar. The range is readily available with short delivery times. See Documentation.
